The day dawns
The week has ended. The day can rise. Aboutissement...
This piece has a story.
It was created and recorded a few years ago with the band Ribin. After 7 or 8 (maybe more, I can't remember exactly) spent in the studio.
| Ribin was a beautiful story.
A mix of Breton and Arabist music sometimes tinged by key colors of Eastern
Europe. Especialy large parts of fun and complicity.
With Jean Jacques (accordions), IC (keyboards and percussions), Pierre (guitar), (I just was riding the harp and wind instruments), we had just finished recording the tracks of the Band's album. A super week of intense moments, some more painful moments, tunes first take recorded, others that after three days of work were still good for the dustbin, delusion evening hanging around in Quimper... |
Ans then about everything was in the box, the last evening comes when nobody 'really really' want to go... We made a sitting circle around Hugues, our sound engineer who had beared us throughout this week.
The door was open. Outside, the sky was blushing under the flames of the evening sun. we began to improvise a little piece before leaving. Hugues turned on the recorders for the last time... A few minutes later, there was one more track on the album : the day dawns.

On peut trouver l'album où ?

Je pense que tu va avoir des difficultés à le trouver.
Il n'a été tiré qu'à très peu d'exemplaires et il ne doit quasi plus en rester.
Essaies sur fnac.com
Le titre de l'album est
'des sabots de bois contre la peau de terre'
